State Aid Law Implementation

KLC Law Firm Partner, Ms Christina Panagoulea, LL.M., has been invited by the Institute for Studies in Competition Law and Policy, (IMEDIPA), as a speaker, in an open discussion on the implementation of the latest developments of State Aid Law by the National Courts, on March 3rd, 2010 in Athens. Ms. Panagoulea’s speech referred to the legal recent experience on State Aid actual and practical issues, deriving from the implementation by the National Courts of the Committee Announcement.
