KLC Law Firm successfully represented before the Hellenic Competition Commission the french leading multinational company Vinci Construction Grands Projets SAS (VCGP)

Competition Law team of KLC, headed by Dr. V. Karagiannis, Partner, successfully represented before the Hellenic Competition Commission the French leading multinational company Vinci Construction Grands Projets SAS (VCGP). According to the decision 647/2017 of the Hellenic Competition Commission, VCGP was discharged from any allegation of participation to unlawful practices distorting competition in the relevant markets of public works during the period 2005-2015.
