KLC Law Firm sponsored the 7th International Conference on Competition Law and Policy, which was organised by the Institute for Studies in Competition Law and Policy (IMEDIPA), and took place in Athens on June 7th - 8th, 2013. Dr. Vassilis Karagiannis, Senior Associate at KLC Law Firm, was one of the Speakers of the 2nd Session of the conference, which was referred to the recent developments in Competition Law and Restructuring (Recent developments in Competition Law/Restructuring, Competition Law and the State II). His presentation contained an outline of the question of inevitable abuse (application of articles 106 paragraph 1 and 102 of the TFEU in connection) and the relevant jurisprudence of the Court of the European Union. Speakers of the Conference, which was held with great success, were members of the Hellenic Competition Commission, of the European Commission- DG Competition, professors of Greek and foreign Universities and leading lawyers.
