KLC Law Firm successfully represented TERNA S.A. in an ICC arbitration in Romania
KLC Law Firm successfully represented TERNA S.A., member of GEK TERNA Group, in a third of a series of ICC arbitrations in relation to a FIDIC contract railway rehabilitation infrastructure project in Romania, in close cooperation with a team of local law counsel and technical consultants. The ICC award vindicated our client awarding the major part of the claimed amounts and fully dismissing the Respondent’s counterclaims. Notably, the arbitral tribunal awarded to our client 100% legal and other arbitration costs.
