KLC Law Firm sponsors the 3rd International Conference on Competition Law and Policy

The 3rd International Conference of IMEDIPA on competition law and policy was held on Friday, May 29th and Saturday, May 30th at Karatzas Conference Center, National Bank of Greece, in Athens. Academics of different European nationalities, Members of the European Competition Commission and the European Courts, representatives from the state-members of the European Competition Commission, high-ranked officials from Greek Ministries, Major European Law Firms, representatives from Fair Trade, etc. were among the speakers and commentators of the Conference. Ms. Christina Panagoulea, KLC Partner, was a speaker/commentator in the Conference. Her presentation referred to the implication of the Article 296 EC Treaty on state aid rules and the issue of cross-subsidisation.
