KLC Law Firm acted as legal advisor to Forum S.A., the leading Greek company in the field of trade shows organisations and trade magazines publications, in a strategic deal with NuernbergMesse Group, one of the 15 largest exhibition groups in the world. In particular KLC advised FORUM S.A. in the acquisition of an 80% stake therein by, and the cooperation between the buyers and purchasers, given that FORUM SA will continue to operate under its Greek management team.
