KLC at Young ICCA Workshop on Cross-examination in International Arbitration

KLC Law Firm participated in the Training Workshop on Cross-examination in International Arbitration which was successfully organised by the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (Young ICCA). The event was sponsored by KLC Law Firm and took place in Athens on 29 June, 2018 at the EODID Athens Mediation & Arbitration Organisation premises.
Partner Mr. Alexandros Tsirigos and Associate Mr. Tasos Kollas, from our Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Practice, attended the event. Mr. Kollas served as cross-examiner in a very interesting arbitration mock hearing session and conducted, like other participants, direct, cross- and re-direct examination where other participants played also the roles of the witnesses and the arbitral tribunal.
The topic of the workshop was “Cross-Examination in International Arbitration” and it also included presentations by experienced practitioners on best practices for conducting cross-examinations in international arbitration, keynote speeches and presentations on cross-examination.
