KLC Law Firm advised HRADF on a tender process for the sale of the Hotel "LETO" in Mykonos

KLC Law Firm has acted as Legal Advisor of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) in the electronic tender (e-Auction VI) for the sale of the well-known Hotel “LETO” in Chora, Mykonos, which has been awarded to the company “ASTERAS 2020” at the price of 16,901,123 €. The tender process, which, apart from the Hotel “LETO”, also involved ten (10) state-owned real estate properties all over Greece, has been highly successful not only due to the high price achieved but due to the increased participation of interested investors as well.
