European Commission framework contracts implemented by KLC Law Firm

Since September 2012, KLC Law Firm is involved in the implementation of four-year term framework contracts launched by the European Commission, the Shared Resource Directorate of the Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport and the Directorate-General for Energy (“Shared Resource Directorate MOVE/ENER”)-SRD MOVE/ENER/SRD.1/2012-409 concerning provision of services of legal, economic and technical assistance in the fields of energy and mobility and transport policies. The contract is divided into six lots and KLC Law Firm participates in Lots 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6, acting either as leader, partner or subcontractor of the selected consortia. The services required concern the following areas: General affairs in the field of energy and transport - security of supply and energy markets - networks and smart grids - RES, energy efficiency and innovation - nuclear energy - European mobility network (Trans-European networks, investment strategy, single European rail area, ports and inland navigation) - innovative and sustainable mobility - Logistics, maritime and land transport including safety issues - Aviation (agreements, single European sky, airports, safety, security).
