A court’s decision regarding the right of a publishing company to publish a writer’s works, after the termination of her agreement with a third publishing house

KLC Law Firm acted on behalf of a great publishing house and a well-known writer of children’s books in the frame of a petition for provisionary measures that was filed against them by a well-known publishing house regarding intellectual property issues. The decision under number 4925/2016 was issued by the One Member First Instance Court in Athens, rejecting in whole said petition.
