Court’s decision on alleged trademark infringement

KLC acted on behalf of a well-known sweet and salted snacks company in the frame of a lawsuit filed against it by an also well-known company in the field of biscuits and bread, on the basis of trademarks infringement and unfair competition. The decision under number 1933/2016 was issued by the Multi Member First Instance Court in Athens, rejecting in whole said lawsuit.
