• Legal advisor of a local distributor of natural gas for the project of the legal unbundling / spin-off of its distribution and supply activities in the downstream gas market in accordance with EU and Greek regulatory framework (2016 – ongoing)
• Project Manager – representing client in an international arbitration before the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) against a major international energy group (2016 – ongoing)
• Project Manager– legal advice to a major international satellite telecommunications group for the acquisition of a 100% stake in a group of companies with activities in Greece and Cyprus (2015)
• Project Manager – local legal advisor to an international consortium with respect to its participation in the international public tender for the “Design, Construction, Financing, Operation, Maintenance and Exploitation of the New International Airport of Heraklion, Crete” (2014 – ongoing)
• Project Coordinator – legal advisor of a major international oil and gas group regarding its participation in the international public tender for the acquisition of 66% of Hellenic Gas Transmission System Operator (2013)
• Legal advisor of a major power producer and supplier for the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary active in electricity transmission (2013 – 2014)
• Project Coordinator in the acquisition by a major international oil and gas group of a 25% stake in a Greek company operating a 410 MW CCGT power station in Greece (2013 – 2014)
• Legal advisor to a client active in the clinical research sector, concerning acquisitions of target companies / business startups in Eastern Europe (Hungary, Romania, Croatia, FYROM etc.) (2011 – to date)
• Legal Advisor to a leading European energy group in connection with the its cooperation with a local partner through the merger of their respective Greek subsidiaries’ activities in power generation and supply (2008 – to date)
• Legal advisor to a leading Greek construction group concerning the drafting and negotiation of joint venture/cooperation agreements, share purchase and shareholders’ agreements and construction contracts in Greece and abroad (GCC, Balkans, Northern Africa) and legal representation in negotiations and dispute resolution procedures, including representation in international arbitrations (2006 – ongoing)
