KLC Law Firm participates in the 9th Prodexpo Conference

KLC’s dynamic presence in the Real Estate sector was underlined during the « Prodexpo 2008 – Greece & South Eastern Eurpore» Conference for Real Estate, that was held in Athens on October 20th and 21st. Professor Yiannis Z. Drossos, KLC Partner, was the moderator in the PPPs section, while Ms. Mariana Voicu, Partner KLC Romania has covered in her speech the legal developments and the existing challenging opportunities in the Real Estate market in Romania. The Conference attracted many Governmental Officials involved directly or indirectly in Real Estate, Bank representatives, construction Companies, local and international Tourism Development companies, as well as Ministers and Deputy Ministers from the Balkan countries .
