KLC Law Firm participated in the International Mini Summit on Insolvency & Restructuring held in New York

Xenofon Papayiannis, Senior Associate in KLC, participated on 15.11.2012 in New York in the International Mini Summit on Insolvency & Restructuring organised by JH Cohn LLP and Duane Morris LLP. Xenofon presented the relevant Greek legal framework and described the current market conditions.The participants, from Europe, America and Asia, were audit and law firms with experience and expertise in the restructuring and liquidation of companies. The purpose of the summit was to exchange information and views on the legal status and the latest developments in this sector in each country, and to create an international network, in order to accommodate cross-border assignments.
