KLC Law Firm was appointed EPA Attikis’s external legal advisor for gas activities unbundling

KLC Law Firm was appointed through a competitive bidding process as legal advisor of EPA Attikis S.A. for the project of legal unbundling of its gas distribution and supply activities. KLC was mandated to provide full legal advice on regulatory, corporate, licensing and contractual matters relevant to this complex unbundling project, including legal due diligence, drafting of transaction documents and project management in cooperation with external business /tax advisors.
