KLC Law Firm acted as legal advisor for Argo Travel Group (Argo),  a leading travel organization with a history stretching over 70 years, in its latest strategic cooperation with Global Marine Travel (GMT), a member of V – Group which is an international leader in ship management and marine services. In particular, our law firm undertook the legal support of Argo in planning and executing a broad/multi-level strategic cooperation with GMT resulting in the creation of Argo Marine Travel, an outstanding platform aimed at providing management/facilitating services in the blue sea marine travel market. Following lengthy negotiations between the parties, their cooperation was consummated through a number of complex and highly specialized agreements, which will ensure their  preeminence in the extremely competitive sector of marine travel services.
