Energy: “ Developments on a Greek and European level”, Athens, Greece

The Symposium was organised by the Greek Center of European Research & Studies (EKEME) in the frame of the follow-up of the European developments in Energy. Mr. George Ftikas, KLC Bulgaria Associate, was among the speakers of the Symposium and has covered the issues of Energy Security in Europe, the energy relations of Greece with third countries, i.e. Russia and China, as well as for the involvement of Greece in energy projects in SE Europe. The Symposium was attended by the Greek Minister of Development, K. Hatzidakis, the President of the Environment Committee of the Greek Parliament, K. Mitsotakis, the former Greek EU Commissioner Ms A. Diamantopoulou, as well as experts from the Energy sector.
