KLC Law Firm, in cooperation with the Law Office of John E. Pittas, Esq. in New York, acting as Legal Advisor of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund, has successfully completed a sale transaction of real estate properties in New York (305 East 47th Str.) and Washington, D.C. (Massachusetts Avenue 2211). KLC and its local partner undertook the legal due diligence of the properties, the preparation and carrying out of an international tender for the sale of the properties, the drafting of the relevant Process Letter and transaction documents, and advised HRADF during the entire tender process, the pre-contractual audit before the Court of Auditors, the conclusion of the sale contracts and the closing of the transaction.
