KLC Law Firm acted as Legal Advisor of the HRADF on the judgments regarding the management of small ports and marinas

Our Partner Vassilis Voutsakis, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law (Athens), acted as Legal Advisor of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) regarding 28 petitions for annulment lodged against the decision of the Inter-ministerial Committee Decision on small ports and marinas. The Supreme Administrative Court dismissed by its decisions No. 1129 - 1156/2016 the allegations of the applicants stressing that the concession of the rights of management of the said ports does not annihilate their public use.
