KLC Law Firm attended the 3rd Europe Regional Conference on International Arbitration organized by the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum in Athens, 15-16 July, 2016
Mr. Alexandros Tsirigos and Mr. Panagiotis Tzioumas, Partners of KLC Law Firm and Mr. Tasos Kollas, Associate of KLC Law Firm have participated in the 3rd Europe Regional Conference on International Arbitration, which was successfully organized by the Young Arbitrators Forum of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC YAF), and took place in Athens, at the Acropolis Museum, on Friday, July 15 and at the Technopolis City of Athens on Saturday, July 16, 2016.
The conference was attended by partners and associate lawyers of leading law firms in Greece and internationally, experienced arbitrators, academics and high-level representatives of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC, reflecting on the high level and prestige of the conference.
The conference included particularly interesting lectures, presentations and interactive discussions on hot topics of international arbitration, such as a master class in international arbitration, analysis on the techniques of arbitral decision making, workshop with tips on effective advocacy in international arbitration, round table discussions on the topics of deciphering the lawyers’ and arbitrators’ mindset in alternative dispute resolution, mediation and investment arbitration.
Mr. Alexandros Tsirigos, Partner of KLC Law Firm, participated in a panel of arbitration practitioners debating, in the form of mini moot competition, on topics regarding the future of international arbitration.
