Zoe Syrmakezi is an Associate at KLC Law Firm. She holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Competition Law (LLM) from the Athens School of Law (NKUA). She holds a minor in Management Information Systems from the American College of Greece (Deree). Her main areas of expertise are e-commerce and digital platforms, data protection and commercial law, competition, intellectual property and trademark law. She has been involved in numerous regulatory compliance projects for large corporate clients from different industries and sectors, with a focus on clients from the innovation and technology sector, she drafts and negotiates contracts, participates in legal due diligence projects in the context of large transactions, manages large trademark portfolios and undertakes the protection of IP rightsholders in and out of court.
