New article issued about FIDIC Contract | Tasos Kollas & Alexandros Tsirigos

A new article about "FIDIC forms of contract, multi-tier dispute resolution and interim relief against bond calls" written by Tasos Kollas and Alexandros Tsirigos  has been issued.

The article provides an overview of some general aspects of the FIDIC forms of contract and its multi-tier dispute resolution mechanism, as well as the available ways through which a contractor under a FIDIC contract can challenge a bond call by the employer.
