KLC Law Firm acted for Specifar in its acquisition by Watson Pharmaceuticals

The acquisition of the major Greek pharmaceutical company Specifar by the American pharmaceutical company Watson Pharmaceuticals was successfully completed on May 25th, 2011. The consideration reached the amount of $562 million. Legal counsels of the vendors were KLC Law Firm, Karatzas & Partners Law Firm and Simmons & Simmons LLP.
