KLC Law Firm compiled the Guide on the forms of cooperation between the public and private sector for the implementation of Urban Development projects

In the context of the legal services it provides for the implementation of JESSICA European Initiative in Greece, KLC Law Firm compiled a Guide on the alternative forms of cooperation between the public and private sector for the implementation of urban development projects, which can be financed with funds from the JESSICA Initiative. The aim of this Guide is to provide information to the Urban Development Funds (UDFs) and to the developers of Eligible Urban Projects with regard to the possible forms that the cooperation between the public and private sector may take for the implementation of urban development projects, and has been uploaded to the E-Library of the official website of JESSICA Holding Fund Greece (www.jessicafund.gr ).
