KLC Law Firm successfully advised HRADF on a sale transaction of a real estate property in Tashkent, Uzbekistan

KLC Law Firm, in cooperation with Leges Advokats Law firm in Tashkent, acting as the Legal Advisor of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund, has successfully completed a sale transaction of a real estate property located at 3,4 Do’rmon Yo’li street, M.Ulugbek district, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. KLC and its local partner undertook the legal due diligence of the property, the preparation and organisation of the sale international tender, the selection of the Preferred Bidder and conclusion and execution of the sale and purchase contract.
