KLC Law Firm successfully advised HRADF on a sale transaction of €3,25 million of a real estate property in Brussels

KLC Law Firm, in cooperation with Janson Baugniet Law firm in Brussels, acting as the Legal Advisor of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund, has successfully completed a sale transaction of a real estate property located at 25, Montoyer Street, Leopold District, Brussels. KLC and its local partner undertook the legal due diligence of the property, the preparation and organisation of the sale international tender, the selection of the Preferred Bidder and conclusion and execution of the sale and purchase contract.
