KLC Law Firm, Legal Advisor of Loyalward Ltd for the Strategic Investment – ESCHASE “Itanos Gaia”

Dr. Vasiliki Christou, Senior Associate of KLC Law Firm, participated as  legal advisor of Loyalward Ltd., a member of Minoan Group Plc, at the hearing before the Central Council for Public Properties Development, which approved the draft Presidential Decree for the Zoning Plan (ESCHASE) of Strategic Investment “Itanos Gaia”.
The project “Itanos Gaia” is the investment that was first classified as Strategic under Fast Track legislation. “Itanos Gaia” project concerns the tourist development of an area of 25.000.000 sq.m. in Cavo Sidero, Crete.
