The Athens Court of Appeal recognises the claims of investors of former investment firm ASTRAIA Securities

KLC Law Firm represents a group of investors, who had brought legal actions against the Greek investment firm under the company name “ASTRAIA AEPEY” as well as against members of its Board of Directors and other co-responsible persons (natural and legal) based on tort. By virtue of the unappealable judgment No. 6461/2013 of the Athens Court of Appeal, which has the force of res judicata, it was determined that tort had been committed against KLC’ s clients - investors of ASTRAIA by certain persons including a company incorporated in Cyprus along with two Cypriot citizens. The investors’ claims against their opponents were recognised by the above judgment.
