Dr. Vassilis Karayannis, Instructor in a Judges Training Seminar on Competition Law in Nicosia, Cyprus

Dr. Vassilios Karayannis, Senior Associate of KLC, participated as Instructor in a training seminar of Cypriote Judges and Prosecutors organised by European Public Law Organisation (EPLO), the Commission for the Protection of Competition (Cypriote National Authority of Competition – NCA) and IMEDIPA under the auspices of Directorate General of Competition of the European Commission in Nicosia from 2 November to 4 November 2015. The topics of the presentations of Dr. Karayannis concerned the Directive 2014/104/EU related to claims on damages for competition law infringements and the State Measures distorting Competition.
