SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Polyxeni Konti is a Senior Associate at KLC Law Firm. She is practicing law for more than 15 years and she advises on various commercial, corporate and company law issues, including establishment and dissolution/liquidation of companies, restructurings, Μ&Αs, share & asset deals, transfer of business and the like. In addition, she is experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including franchising and distribution agreements, as well as other kind of contracts, including public procurement contracts and contracts relating to regulated industries such as defense and pharmaceuticals. She is also involved in ongoing commercial and civil litigation.

- Legal due diligence and negotiation of transaction documents for the acquisition and/or financing of various RES projects.
- Defending a leading company operating in the heavy industry / construction sector in Greece against lawsuits filed by major transport company.
- Involvement in ICC Arbitration regarding a major client operating in the defence sector in connection with armaments contracts with the Greek State.
- Providing legal advice in matters relating to the Industrial Security Regulation.
- Defending a leading company based in Europe operating in the defence sector against claims deriving from defence contracts.
- Represented a major client based in Europe active in the defence construction industry during the acquisition of the majority participation in a Greek company; subsequently, representing the Greek company in the day-to-day business.
- Provision of legal advice on corporate governance matters and corporate restructuring projects.
- Advising clients in M&A transactions, share & asset deals, transfer of business etc. and negotiating commercial agreements in various business sectors, as well as public procurement contracts and contracts relating to regulated industries such as defence and pharmaceuticals.
