Αlexia is a member of our dispute resolution team, bringing over a decade of experience in civil, commercial, and criminal litigation, as well as arbitration. She represents clients before all levels of the Greek judiciary, including the Supreme Court.
Alexia handles disputes across a broad spectrum of civil, commercial, and corporate law matters, both domestic and cross-border. Her experience includes contractual breaches, commercial agreement disputes, tortious liability, product liability claims, enforcement proceedings, insolvency, special liquidation cases, banking litigation, and white-collar crime. She has also advised on intellectual property and unfair competition matters.
Her postgraduate studies focuses on civil and consumer law within the framework of modern economic transactions, covering franchising, commercial agencies, financing agreements, and secured transactions, alongside insights into the banking sector’s legal framework. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Law at the University of Athens, researching the application of penal clauses.
