Three Senior Associates were promoted to KLC Partners

As of July 14th 2014, three Senior Associates -Xenofon Papayiannis, Alexandros Tsirigos and Theodore Loukopoulos- were promoted to KLC partners.
Xenofon has joined KLC Law Firm from Ernst and Young as a senior associate in 2006, while Alexandros and Theodore have joined KLC in 2001 as trainees and they have developed their career with KLC.
Xenofon is an expert in tax law, he provides strategic advice in the structuring of complex transactions and he has acted as project manager in multimillion M&A assignments.
Alexandros has an impressive resume in M&As, Privatisation and International Arbitration practice. His experience covers a wide range of corporate/commercial matters, with extensive knowledge in the energy, construction and financial services sectors.
Theodore, who is also a trained economist, works in the M&A practice mainly in the pharmaceutical sector and represents and advises Greek and multinational pharmaceutical companies in patent litigations and in matters related to the marketing of pharmaceutical products.
These promotions recognise both the capabilities of the new partners as well as their contribution to the KLC Law Firm practice.
