KLC Law Firm sponsored the 8th International Conference on Competition Law and Policy, Istanbul, Turkey

KLC sponsored the 8th International Conference on Competition Law and Policy, which was organised by the Institute for Studies in Competition Law and Policy (IMEDIPA), and took place in Istanbul on June 6th and 7th, 2014.
Dr. Vassilis Karagiannis, Senior Associate at KLC Law Firm, was one of the Speakers of the 1st panel of the conference, addressing the issue “Object and Effect to restrict competition: categorisation and balancing”. On his presentation he referred to the issue of exclusionary abuses and the relevant practice of the Commission and jurisprudence of the Court of the European Union.
Speakers of the Conference, which was held with success, were members of the authorities for the protection of competition, University professors and leading lawyers.
