KLC Academy is a unique program, funded exclusively by KLC Law Firm, designed to support the practical education and professional training of trainee lawyers. In particular, we recruit trainee lawyers following a robust screening process, in order to make them available for a six month traineeship within the internal legal departments of select clients.

The program achieves multiple goals, in line with our core values:

• We offer trainees a structured professional environment of the highest standards;
• We provide support to our clients’ legal departments, without any burden for their legal budget;
• We strengthen the relationship of trust with our clients while promoting the professional training of young colleagues.
