We are looking for a corporate/commercial lawyer to join our corporate law department. You will be part of a team of lawyers and work on a wide variety of matters, while gaining experience in an extensive range of areas.

Responsibilities of the role may include:

  • Preparation of legal documents
  • Assisting with the process and co-ordination of matters
  • Assisting clients in several sectors such as Banking/Finance, Capital Markets, Energy, Pharma, Hospitality, Heavy Industries, Shipyards, Defense Supplies

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Post graduate degree (LLM or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience in commercial or corporate/M&A, including transaction exposure
  • Excellent command over written and spoken professional English
