KLC's recent experience in this sector includes:

• Protection of property
  
  Representation of a building cooperative in a complaint before the ECHR against the Hellenic Republic for the infringement of property rights.

• Protection of economic freedom
  
  Legal proceedings before the Greek courts and the European Court of Justice for the infringement of economic freedom.

• Protection of the right to fair trial
  
  Complaint before the ECHR against the Hellenic Republic by reason of a decision of the Greek Supreme Court rejecting a cassation as "indefinite" and, thus, depriving the claimant of his right to fair trial.

• Implementation of the principle of equality
  
  Lawsuits and recourses by reason of pension rights differentiations between men and women.
  
  Petition for the annulment of market regulations imposing the compulsory inscription of the price on various types of goods, as well as uniform prices for such goods, in violation of the principle of equality to the disadvantage of Greek producers.
  
  Petition for the annulment of an act rejecting an application for subsidy under the Greek investment law, in violation of the principle of equal treatment of European legal entities.
