Track Record
KLC's recent experience in this sector includes:
- acting as legal advisor to the Greek State on complex issues of environmental law related to the construction of motorways (value of € 4,000,000,000 approx.)
- providing legal support on issues of environmental law to a major airport building, operation and management company
- providing legal advice to a major cement company and a key concrete manufacturer on the approval of environmental terms for the operation of quarries, cement and concrete production plants
- interventions in trials for the annulment of approved environmental terms for the operation of industries, mines and quarries, representing amajor concrete manufacturer, a key cement company, a major aluminum company, a large metal industry etc.
- petitions for the annulment of installation licenses for mobile telephony aerials/antennas
- petition for annulment of the administrative act approving the incorporation of a road in the road network
- providing legal advice and expert legal opinions to the above company regarding its relations with airport users and concessionaires as well as issues on environmental law
- providing legal support before courts and administrative authorities in relation to fines imposed by reason of unlicensed constructions
