Track Record

KLC's recent experience in this sector includes:

• advising as legal counsel the Greek State in matters relating to the construction and operation of the most significant part of the Greek motorway network (its value amounting to € 4,000,000,000 approx.)
• advising a major airport construction, operation and management company on matters relating to contractual obligations under a BOT contract
• implementing EU-funded programs relating to laying down the institutional and legislatory framework for transportation within the former Soviet Union and South-East Europe (TACIS TRACECA)
