Track Record

KLC's recent experience in this sector includes:

• representing a number of well-known Greek pharmaceutical companies in a series of patent litigations
• acting for a large food company in litigation relating to the infringement of patents protecting several of its most popular products
• litigation on trademark infringements
• legal support to the "Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games - ATHENS 2004" (ATHOC) on trademarks and issues connected with the rights of the International Olympic Committee.
