Track Record

KLC's recent experience in this field includes, among others:

• representation of elected members of the Greek Parliament before the Supreme Special Court in relation to eligibility criteria for being elected
• representation of a non-elected candidate member of the Greek Parliament in a recourse before the Supreme Special Court in relation to the enforcement of special provisions of the elections legislation
• representation of a substitute member of the Greek Parliament in a complaint for unlawful election of another member of the Parliament due to reasons of exclusion from the right to be elected
• legal support to elected Municipal Council members in litigation before the Administrative Court of Appeal and the Council of State (Conseil d' Etat) in relation to the invalidity of ballots.
