KLC's recent experience in this sector includes, among others:

• elaboration of public procurement regulations (for supplies, services and public works) on behalf of a major state airline
• legal advice to the above airline on the participation thereof in construction contracts
• legal support to the "Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games - Athens 2004" (ATHOC) in relation to the award, drafting and implementation of public procurement contracts
• legal advice to a major concrete manufacturer on the participation in public tender procedures for the lease of quarries and the performance of the relevant contracts
• legal services to a large publishing house in relation to its participation in public tenders and the implementation of the relevant contracts
