Track Record

KLC's recent experience in this sector includes:

• lawsuit for damages amounting to several million € suffered due to the application of legal provisions prohibiting electronic games
• lawsuit for damages amounting to several million € suffered by a cooperative due to the non-issuance of a building license
• petition for the annulment of market regulations imposing the compulsory inscription of the price on various types of goods, as well as uniform prices for such goods; lawsuit for damages suffered due to the application of such market regulations
• petition for the annulment of an act rejecting an application for subsidy under the Greek investment law
• complaint before the ECHR against the Hellenic Republic by reason of a decision of the Greek Supreme Court rejecting a cassation as "indefinite".
