KLC's recent experience in this sector, among others, includes:
- representing a company placed among the 10 major land owners in Greece in the implementation of a property development scheme, including a full site rehabilitation proposal
- representing a company active in the field of collective real estate investments
- representing investors in the financing (through a leasing structure) of the purchase of a building plot and the construction of commercial property in Thessaloniki
- representing a syndication of leasing companies in the lease-back of a supermarket
- representing banks in the financing of a commercial and residential complex, involving a sophisticated investigation of ownership status and town planning issues, and the drafting of the financing and collateral agreements
- representing an investor and owner of sizeable real estate in a consortium seeking to develop a commercial and conference centre.
