KLC is housed in fully-equipped modern offices, in Athens, Sofia, Bucharest and Brussels.

Its Athens headquarters consist of an eight-storey building in the city's business and commercial centre. Its Bucharest, Sofia and Brussels offices are also housed in the cities' business and commercial centre. All premises are equipped with cutting-edge electronic equipment and effective tools for referencing and managing legal data.

KLC's library is housed on site the Athens headquarters in a highly functional space. The library serves, informs and supports the work of KLC's associates. Organized in line with international norms, the library contains both printed (17,000 volumes, back issues for 90 journals) and electronic material covering every aspect of Greek and international law.
